Family Adventures in the Smokies operates in Haywood County, Waynesville NC but also associates with travel venues in Macon County, Swain, Jackson, Madison and Buncombe County. When accomodations are booked due to Holidays or Peak seasons we do our best to locate within the mountain region and design tours within these locales. Our recommendation is to book early or ahead as possible.

We offer a diverse range of specialized tours, thoughtfully crafted to cater to every member of your family. Our approach focuses on creating meaningful experiences tailored to your interests and needs, whether it's for adventure seekers, cultural explorers, or those looking for a relaxing escape.

When you call to inquire we will consult about all your hopes, dreams and interests in your trip to the mountains. Our tours are set up to ease the arrangements and simplify especially your first visit. We are here to make your trip personal with a little guidance.

After our consultation we will begin with arranging the accommodations if far enough in advance we would have ample time to secure your stay when you plan so booking early is important. It is advised that a 30 day advanced notice before trip off season, not summer or around holidays, would insure your stay. There are many lodging and camping options in the surrounding region. Summer or holidays we would need to book further out but we will do our best. We can discuss all of this during consult.

If your party includes additional people or length of stay the cost can be adjusted.

The full cost of the Smoky Mountain Tour package will be expected at time of booking and kept in escrow until the day you arrive. Accomodation payments would be made at time of purchase to insure your stay is secure.  In the event of cancellation whatever terms of that accommodation's policy would apply but you will know this information at time of receiving your confirmation ticket and receipt.  All other cancellations of activities will be handled by us accordingly. Costs will be refunded if possible.
